You can download the app directly from the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS). Simply search for "CinemaHub App" or visit our Home Page for direct links.

Don't panic! This occasionally happens due to network delays.
  1. Check your email (including Spam folder).
  2. Open the App, go to My Tickets, and pull down to refresh.
  3. If still missing, use the "Live Chat" feature in the app Profile.
  4. If all else fails, contact us below/via the live chat feature in the app under Profile with your transaction ID.

According to our Terms & Conditions, tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, as seats are reserved specifically for you. Refunds are only issued if a technical error double-charged you or your transaction was successful but didn't receive your ticket. Contact us with your Transaction ID.

We'd love to have you! Visit the Partner Application page, fill in your details, and our team will schedule an inspection of your venue. Once approved, you'll get access to the Admin Portal.

We use your location solely to display the cinemas and showtimes nearest to you. We do not track or store your location history.

This is usually a "floating" transaction held by your mobile network. It typically reverses automatically within 24-48 hours. If it does not, please contact your mobile money provider (MTN/Airtel) or send us proof of transaction.

The app needs internet to load your active ticket initially. However, once loaded, or if you download the ticket immediately after purchase or take a screenshot of the QR code, you can scan it offline. We recommend downloading or saving a screenshot before you leave home.
